Client: ING Real Estate.

Brief: To create two show flats within the conversion of listed industrial warehouses and an adjacent new build housing scheme. The client required a design that would give the development a strong contemporary identity whilst remaining true to the character of the existing listed Mill buildings.

Method: We produced concept boards early on in the development stage, working closely with the rest of the design team members and contractors, advising on the best use of interior space for the apartment layouts, specifying the kitchen and bathrooms for the entire scheme as well completing two independent show flats: a two-bedroom flat within the historic Mill building - a mixture of contemporary and classic design - and a one-bedroom flat showcasing stylish modern living for young professionals.

We used new, found and bespoke furniture for the fit out and an independent stylist for the final touches. We also designed and fitted out the marketing suite and adjacent offices.
