Brief: To convert a derelict coach house into an open-plan, two-bedroom dwelling.

Method: Operating within a strict conservation area, planning regulations dictated the external appearance remained as close to the original building as possible. The compact interior was planned to maximise the amount of usable interior space. The ground floor was opened up and given an industrial, contemporary style, with the living room doors opening back on themselves to create a house that flows into the garden.
